These cities are not just research parks, but actual cities build from the ground up for the explicit purpose of understanding the human body with the prime goal of finding a cure to aging and dramatically improve the quality of life for all, be it via D.N.A. study or some other means, perhaps by learning more about our spiritual abilities and how to put them to practice.
