Instead of departments and job titles, GGT is supervised by a small group of Trustees spanning environmental technology, medicine, architecture, and international law. They’re advised by a broad, expanding Advisory Council of proven experts across disciplines — a group mind of collective intelligence, working together rather than as competitors.
Input is weighted by relevant expertise, direct interest, and impact, and decisions are made through the Open Management System rather than a fixed chain of command. It’s a living network of communication between Trustees, advisors, project teams, beneficiaries, and communities.

“Serial entrepreneur” describes the Founder best — responsible for the idea and creation of numerous GGT projects spanning agriculture, forest preservation, food production, aviation, banking, currency, biomedicine, community creation, ecology, sustainable energy, media, mining, software, and transportation.
- 24 years as a hardware & software engineer for organizations including Sun Microsystems, FedEx, Digital Equipment Corporation, IBM, Motorola, and Citicorp
- Experience designing complex mechanical automation, radio communication, and medical equipment
- 12,000+ hours of law education, specializing in international asset protection and Common Law
- Founder, Fundación Ecológica Condorhuana & the Utopian EcoVillage Network Federation for Latin America
- Author, 21st Century Practical Spiritual Metaphysic Guide for Atheists & Agnostics
